About the job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the GTMA System Analysts and Compliance team. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, Salesforce platform administration, GTM technology operations, data governance, and SOX compliance.

The ideal candidate combines strong business process expertise with technical depth in Salesforce and enterprise GTM ecosystems, while also driving operational excellence, scalable governance, system analysis, platform health and compliance readiness across Quote-to-Cash and Lead-to-Revenue workflows.

This leader will partner closely with the Sales Operations, GTMA Product team, Internal Audit, and Engineering teams to improve business efficiency, Process mapping, and compliance maturity.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts with various degree Business analysis, Domain expertise, Data analysis, Salesforce admins and Salesforce Development skillsets, various degrees of seniority and globally located.
  • Build Vision, Strategy, OKRs and scalable operational frameworks including team best practices for the Analysis and Compliance team.
  • Run SOX Controls and Compliance as a product. Build champions in the team and Incorporate in in PDLC/ SDLC Cycle.
  • Influence senior leadership on GTM process standardization and transformation strategy.
  • Manage vendor relationships and external consultants when applicable.
  • Drive organizational readiness for AI-enabled GTM operations and automation.

*Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations
    • 5+ with a significant focus on sales automation or sales technology.
    • 5+ with a significant focus on people management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate complex or ambiguous concepts into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in sales automation tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Conga,Sales Engagement Platforms like Outreach/Salesloft etc.) is highly desirable. Experience with implementation or optimization of these systems is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with productivity AI tools (NotebookLM, Gemini, Glean, Claude Cowork etc) , Business / data analysis tools.

Desired:
  • Past experience of being Manager of Managers
  • Experience managing programs involving AI/ML integration into sales workflows.
  • Excellent project management skills (PMP or similar certification a plus) with experience in various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
  • Familiarity with reporting and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce certification(s)

Location

This role will be remote, and based in Canada.

Travel

We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
  • $132,640 - $165,800
  • Target Bonus Percentage 17,50% (When Applicable)


The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
