Status: Full-time / 100% on-site

Compensation: $125,000 - $140,000 annually

Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Graphic Design leads the development and execution of creative across Kith’s marketing initiatives, brand campaigns, collaborations, and special projects. This role is responsible for translating high-level creative direction into cohesive visual systems while overseeing projects from concept through final production across digital, social, print, retail, experiential, motion, and out-of-home applications.

The Senior Manager, Graphic Design provides creative leadership to the design team, mentors and manages designers, establishes creative standards and workflows, and partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure work consistently reflects Kith’s visual identity and creative ambitions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the concepting, design, and execution of creative for seasonal campaigns, product launches, brand collaborations, events, and ongoing marketing initiatives.

  • Develop visual identities and campaign systems that translate consistently across social, digital, e-commerce, email, print, retail, packaging, experiential, and out-of-home applications.

  • Manage and mentor designers by assigning projects, reviewing work, providing creative direction and feedback, and supporting the professional development of the team.

  • Partner with Creative Directors and senior leadership to interpret creative direction and translate concepts into polished, executable visual solutions.

  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects from concept through production, ensuring creative quality, brand consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Production, Partnerships, Hospitality, and other internal teams to determine project requirements and develop appropriate creative solutions.

  • Create and oversee campaign assets including key art, typography systems, layouts, social content, digital advertising, print collateral, environmental graphics, presentations, packaging, and promotional materials.

  • Develop and art direct motion graphics, animation, video assets, and large-format digital displays, including stadium, event, retail, and experiential applications.

  • Prepare, review, and deliver production-ready files across a wide range of formats, specifications, vendors, platforms, and physical applications.

  • Research and implement new creative tools and workflows, including AI-assisted concept development, image generation, motion, and emerging technologies, to improve ideation and expand creative possibilities.

Special Projects / Tasks

  • Lead the development of visual identities and creative systems for major Kith collaborations, cultural partnerships, product launches, and milestone initiatives.

  • Develop creative for large-scale experiential projects including stadium takeovers, retail environments, events, hospitality concepts, signage, environmental graphics, and out-of-home campaigns.

  • Partner with internal teams, photographers, producers, animators, fabricators, printers, and external agencies to art direct and execute specialized creative projects.

  • Participate in campaign shoots and production when needed, providing on-set creative direction and ensuring photogra-phy and video align with established campaign concepts.

  • Explore and establish new creative processes, technologies, templates, and design systems that increase the capabilities and efficiency of the internal design team.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • 8+ years of professional graphic design, brand design, art direction, or related creative experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, luxury, sports, entertainment, or culturally driven brands.

  • 2+ years of experience managing, mentoring, or providing creative direction to designers.

  • Demonstrated experience developing integrated creative campaigns across digital and physical touchpoints.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, typography, campaign design, art direction, layout, and visual storytelling.

  • Experience managing projects from initial concept through design development, production, and final delivery.

  • Experience collaborating across creative, marketing, production, and business teams in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.

  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, branding, image-making, art direction, and visual systems.

  • Ability to conceptualize and execute creative across digital, social, print, retail, experiential, packaging, motion, and large-format environments.

  • Strong understanding of print and digital production, file preparation, vendor specifications, color, resolution, scaling, and fabrication requirements.

  • Experience directing photography, retouching, motion, animation, and other creative production disciplines.

  • Strong knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools and the ability to integrate emerging technology into professional concept-ing and production workflows. (ChatGPT, Nanobanana, & MidJourney).

  • Excellent organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative decisions to designers, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership.

  • Ability to balance hands-on design execution with team management, creative direction, and strategic thinking.
