TKO Procurement: Senior Manager, Sourcing

About the Role

TKO is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Sourcing Manager to join the Global Procurement organization. This role will lead enterprise sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories, with a particular focus on areas such as Facilities and Real Estate, Live Events & Production, Human Resources, IT/Technology, Professional Services, Corporate Services, and other business-critical spend categories.

The Senior Sourcing Manager will develop and execute category and sourcing strategies, lead complex sourcing initiatives, negotiate commercial agreements, drive measurable savings, and strengthen supplier performance across TKO. The ideal candidate combines deep subject matter expertise in one or more relevant categories with practical strategic sourcing execution skills, brings structure to complex initiatives, and can influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization.

This is a high-impact role for a procurement professional who is comfortable operating with senior stakeholders, managing multiple priorities, and building scalable approaches in a transforming environment. The role will initially operate as a generalist across TKO’s indirect spend categories. As the procurement organization matures, the role is expected to transition into dedicated ownership of one or more specific categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies aligned to TKO priorities, business requirements, and financial objectives.

  • Build structured sourcing wave plans tied to annual operating plans, business calendars, and savings or value delivery objectives.

  • Lead complex, high-value sourcing and competitive bid processes, supplier evaluations, and negotiations across multiple business units.

  • Apply deep category expertise in one or more areas such as Facilities and Real Estate, Event Production, Human Resources, IT/Technology, Professional Services, Corporate Services, and other indirect spend areas to shape sourcing strategies, supplier decisions, and value-delivery opportunities.

  • Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, rate cards, rebates, volume incentives, multi-year agreements, and other commercial constructs with a focus on total cost of ownership and long-term value.

  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Production, Facilities, business leaders, and other stakeholders to align requirements, budgets, risk considerations, contracting strategy, and supplier selection.

  • Drive supplier rationalization, consolidation, preferred supplier programs, and enterprise leverage opportunities where appropriate.

  • Establish clear evaluation criteria, negotiation strategies, award recommendations, and implementation plans for sourcing initiatives.

  • Manage strategic supplier relationships, conduct business reviews, and drive accountability, corrective action, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Build and manage a quantified savings, cost avoidance, and value realization pipeline in partnership with Finance.

  • Prepare clear, executive-ready recommendations, analyses, and updates for senior leadership.

  • Develop and maintain category playbooks, sourcing templates, negotiation strategies, supplier standards, and governance frameworks.

  • Ensure sourcing activity complies with procurement policies, competitive bid requirements, approval thresholds, intake processes, and applicable risk controls.

  • Use procurement technology, spend analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve visibility, identify opportunities, and increase sourcing effectiveness.

  • Identify commercial, contractual, operational, and supplier risks and develop practical mitigation and contingency plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, supply chain, or a related discipline.

  • Demonstrated success developing category strategies and leading complex sourcing initiatives and enterprise negotiations.

  • Experience sourcing in one or more relevant areas, such as Facilities and Real Estate, Event Production, Human Resources, IT/Technology, Professional Services, or Corporate Services.

  • Experience operating in a multi-entity, matrixed, or highly cross-functional organization.

  • Strong financial acumen, including the ability to build business cases and quantify savings, cost avoidance, and total cost of ownership impacts.

  • Executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives with competing deadlines and complex stakeholder requirements.

  • Experience managing strategic suppliers, resolving performance issues, and leading supplier business reviews.

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, project management, and problem solving skills.

  • Proficiency with procurement technology, including e-sourcing, contract lifecycle management, procure-to-pay systems, spend analytics, and advanced Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing category management, supplier governance, or procurement transformation programs.

  • Familiarity with contract structures, supplier risk management, and change management.

  • Experience with source-to-contract, contract lifecycle management, procure-to-pay, ERP, supplier management, and procurement orchestration platforms.

  • Procurement certification such as CPSM, CIPS, or an equivalent credential.

  • Experience in sports, entertainment, live events, event production, facilities, real estate, professional services, or another complex indirect spend environment.

  • Experience working in a holding company, multi-entity, or similarly complex organizational structure.

What Success Looks Like

  • Strategic sourcing plans are connected to business priorities and executed with clear ownership, timing, and value targets.

  • TKO realizes measurable savings, cost avoidance, supplier value, and risk reduction from sourcing initiatives.

  • Business stakeholders experience procurement as a credible, commercially rigorous, and practical partner.
