Senior Manager - Global IT Procurement is responsible for leading IT procurement activities across their assigned categories. This role focuses on owning category strategy, driving sourcing events, negotiating with key strategic suppliers, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies, ESG standards, and digital procurement processes. The
Senior Manager - Global IT Procurement works closely with the Director, Global IT Procurement and internal stakeholders to deliver cost savings and operational efficiency.
Your ImpactSourcing Execution & Support- Create category strategies for spend under management highlighting how WSP can extract maximum value from its suppliers and spend.
- Prepare and conduct IT sourcing events (RFx) and analyze supplier proposals.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on defined criteria.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with potential and existing suppliers.
- Support contract development and ensure proper documentation in procurement systems.
Supplier Management- Maintain accurate supplier records and performance metrics.
- Monitor compliance with contractual terms and escalate issues to the Global IT Procurement Director.
- Facilitate communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders for operational needs.
ESG & Compliance- Ensure sourcing activities adhere to organizational policies, ESG standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Track and report ESG compliance for assigned suppliers.
Digital Tools & Process Efficiency- Utilize digital platforms and procurement systems to manage sourcing activities.
- Support data entry, reporting, and analytics for sourcing performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Stakeholder Collaboration- Work with internal teams to gather requirements and provide procurement updates.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports
Financial & Operational Support- Analyze spend data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare cost analysis and provide savings tracking for assigned categories.
- Ensure accuracy in purchase orders.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory). French language proficiency is considered an asset.
CompensationBC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $122,900 - $162,800 MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,400Atlantic Provinces & QC: $111,000 - $147,400Disclosure: The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
