Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Global Investigations leads complex investigations across multiple business segments, primarily focused on discrimination matters. This role identifies risks, provides expert consultation, and collaborates with internal/external partners to support investigative outcomes. The position oversees investigative processes, mentors team members, ensures adherence to legal and ethical standards, and drives continuous improvement through data analysis and proactive risk management. Through strategic leadership and sound judgment, the Senior Manager strengthens accountability and organizational integrity. This role, based at the Walmart Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas, participates in a rotational on-call schedule and may require occasional travel within the United States.

What you'll do...
  • Lead complex investigations, primarily focused on discrimination allegations across multiple business units, as well as harassment, retaliation, fraud, corruption, misappropriation, conflicts of interest, and other significant misconduct.
  • Utilize AI to develop investigative strategies, analyze evidence, conduct interviews, and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, and external agencies to support investigations and mitigate risk.
  • Identify vulnerabilities and recommend process improvements to strengthen controls.
  • Mentor investigators and provide investigative guidance, fostering professional development and investigative excellence.
  • Drive the execution of global investigation plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities and adherence to legal, ethical, and compliance standards across investigative activities and outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
