The Lucid Motors Global Risk & Insurance Division is looking for a highly motivated and experienced
SeniorManager, Global Insurance. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and manage certain aspects of the risk financing and insurance programs for the Company.
Reporting to the Director, Global Risk & Insurance, the individual in this position will support the departments' objective of protecting Lucid's operations globally in a cost-effective manner.
You Will: - Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external customers for insurance and risk management related needs or inquiries;
- Contribute to and in some cases lead the development and execution of insurance and risk management strategies related to the design, negotiation and implementation of certain insurance programs for Lucid Motors globally;
- Lead the identification of risk within the organization and support the business in determining appropriate risk financing alternatives;
- Responsible for the annual insurance renewal process for certain insurance programs, including the collection and assessment of exposure data and review of terms and conditions;
- Provide risk advice in the review of contracts and other agreements to ensure alignment and compliance with the company's risk appetite and risk financing programs;
- Oversee and manage claims emanating from the company's operations and evaluate insurance coverage applicability;
- Work with Lucid's insurance broker(s) and other key stakeholders to determine insurance and risk financing program design and needs, globally;
- Lead implementation of the Business Continuity Plan for the company and manage and maintain the Plan for operational changes;
- Lead and act as the primary risk and insurance contact for construction related activities, globally;
- Manage broker and insurance relationships for programs that fall within the responsibilities of this position;
- Fiscal responsibility for establishing and monitoring the annual insurance budget including the company's loss reserves;
- Organize, develop and implement effective Risk Management loss control and prevention programs to protect the organization both internally and externally from risks that threaten its financial integrity;
- Contribute to the development of systems and processes that provide data driven risk and insurance decisions.

- Proven ability to apply insurance and risk management techniques in the identification, assessment, measurement, mitigation and monitoring of exposures that may threaten the organization;
- Demonstrated ability to understand business drivers and develop goals and strategies accordingly;
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of an organization and outside company boundaries;
- Proven track record in negotiation, diplomacy and communications skills in furtherance of business goals;
- Proven track record in providing consultative services to internal and external stakeholders;
- Experienced team leader as well as an effective team member, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects;
- Demonstrated financial/fiscal responsibility including budget management and analytical capability;
- 8+ years professional experience in risk management and/or insurance industry;
- Thorough understanding and working knowledge of the domestic and foreign insurance programs and markets;
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance or related field.
Preferred - Associate in Risk Management or CPCU designations
- Master's Degree in related field
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$169,200-$248,160 USD

Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program.
