Full Job Description
We're seeking a strategic and highly skilled Senior Manager, Global Executive Talent Acquisition, responsible for delivering executive recruitment across our global organization. You will serve as a trusted partner to the C-suite, executives and HR leaders, driving key global hiring initiatives and talent-mapping efforts proactively to attract the best executive talent worldwide.

In this high-impact role, you will guide senior stakeholders through all phases of the executive search process (including identification, assessment, selection and executive onboarding) and lead sourcing efforts to build robust diverse external talent pipelines aligned with critical business capabilities.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the end-to-end executive recruitment lifecycle, from intake, sourcing, assessment, briefing, selection and offer negotiation for senior director level and above roles globally.
  • Drive targeted sourcing strategies to build strong external talent pipelines aligned to identified, time-bound critical capabilities across regions.
  • Partner closely with executive level leaders and cross-functional teams (HR, Compensation & Benefits, Legal, Communications, etc.) guiding stakeholders across all key search stages to ensure alignment, transparency, and a seamless executive hiring experience.
  • Provide expert guidance, insights, and best practices on executive hiring strategies to leaders.
  • Embed fairness and inclusion into all executive search strategies and hiring practices, ensuring balanced pipelines and fair decision making throughout the recruiting process.
  • Drive and contribute to key Global Talent Acquisition initiatives to enhance process, tools, hiring outcomes and overall effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function, with a focus on operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across executive hiring.


What You'll Bring to Alcon
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
  • 7 Years of Relevant Experience
  • 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
  • Work Location: Onsite - 5 days per week in our Fort Worth office.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Progressive talent acquisition experience within a complex global organization, with experience in a retained executive search firm.
  • Proven experience running end-to-end recruitment efforts for C-suite/executive stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in proactive talent mapping and market intelligence tools and techniques.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, executive presence, with the ability to build credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed global organization.
  • Experience within a global franchise business model or related industry preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
