Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
• Eight+ years of experience in wholesale automotive with direct dealer engagement.
• Two to three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in Retailer Consulting or Performance management.
• Budget management experience required.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting actions with retailers under the Core Operational Performance Program (COPP).
• Analyze the regional Keystone matrix using independent judgment.
• Provide training for various operational systems as needed.
• Measure, track, and analyze regional KPIs while making recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Managers to engage key retailers directly.
• Assist in launching new Genesis retailers.
• Identify financially at-risk retailers using the ICON system.
• Partner with the National Office to create pilot programs for enhancing retailer performance.
• Support the Regional General Manager with governance processes.
• Manage and develop team members as necessary.
