  • Project manage proposal development from concept to submission: Lead cross-functional teams in the development of concept papers, LOIs, and grant proposals, ensuring clarity, quality, and alignment with funder priorities and TNTP's strategic narrative.

  • Ensure strong grant execution and stewardship: Partner with program, Finance, and Legal teams to review grant agreements, monitor compliance, and support high-quality reporting and funder communications.

  • Strengthen fundraising systems, processes, and data practices: Contribute to the continuous improvement of fundraising operations by ensuring accurate and consistent Salesforce data, supporting portfolio tracking and reporting, and helping to refine team processes and tools that drive disciplined execution and decision-making.

  • Develop compelling funder-facing materials: Contribute to and refine written communications, presentations, and materials that clearly articulate TNTP's impact and value proposition to funders.

  • This position is based in a home office anywhere in the U.S. Travel for team and organizational meetings is required a few times a year
