Full Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Finance Manager, FP&A. This highly visible role will partner with senior leadership to drive financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on finance leader with deep expertise in financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise reporting systems. This role offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions, enhance financial processes, and lead critical planning initiatives while developing and mentoring talent.

Work Location: 5 days onsite Downtown Los Angeles, CA

Pay Rate Range: $170K-$190K

What You Will Work On

  • Lead the monthly close support process, financial forecasting cycles, and annual budgeting activities, including variance analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executive leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights.
  • Partner closely with regional finance teams, department leaders, and business stakeholders to support decision-making and improve financial performance.
  • Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting, consistency of data, and alignment between actual results and forecasts.
  • Own the development, maintenance, and enhancement of complex financial models, including enterprise-level three-statement models.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, evaluate business performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of forecasting and reporting processes.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a Financial Analyst, fostering professional growth and strong analytical capabilities.


What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance, financial reporting, or related disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience managing or mentoring finance professionals.
  • Experience working with enterprise reporting and planning systems.
  • Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, including complex scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into meaningful business insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting multi-entity or geographically dispersed organizations.
