The opportunity

Our Forensic & Integrity Services team helps organizations strengthen compliance frameworks, manage risk, protect reputation and meet regulatory and stakeholder expectations. These frameworks include detecting, preventing, and responding to compliance risks such as fraud, ethics, bribery and corruption, sanctions, third party risk and other business integrity-related compliance requirements.

Our dynamic and talented group is currently seeking the right candidate for a career opportunity as a Senior Manager.

Your key responsibilities

As client needs vary, you will support a range of integrity and compliance engagements, including but not limited to:
  • Assist clients with assessing, remediating, designing, and implementing integrity and compliance frameworks
  • Support compliance risk assessments, maturity reviews and control testing.
  • Advise on third-party integrity due diligence and vendor compliance.
  • Provide whistleblower, policy, controls and compliance training support.
  • Lead monitoring, analytics and remediation initiatives.


You'll work with client stakeholders across compliance, internal audit, legal and other functions to address complex issues and deliver practical solutions. You will:
  • Lead complex integrity and compliance engagements, ensuring quality, scope and alignment with client objectives.
  • Provide senior level oversight of engagement execution, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Apply deep technical and regulatory expertise to guide engagement approach and client recommendations.
  • Coach teams, manage risks and resolve delivery issues to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage engagement performance, client relationships and reporting.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Utilise technology including, AI, advanced analytics and related tools, to support risk identification, monitoring, and data driven compliance insights.
  • Build EY's market presence through client relationships, repeat work and collaboration across service lines.
  • Drive revenue growth by leading and supporting business development activities, including opportunity identification, pursuit support, solution positioning, and client relationship management.


Skills and attributes for success
  • Strong knowledge of integrity, compliance and remediation services, including regulatory and governance risk.
  • Strong understanding of engagement delivery, quality standards and risk management.
  • Sound judgment in complex client and delivery situations.
  • Proven ability to coach and lead teams to deliver high-quality work.

  • Experience managing multiple engagements at once.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
