TL;DRAura's Revenue Organization is building a world-class analytics and forecasting function to drive business agility, forecast accuracy, and growth across our retail and e-commerce channels. As Aura's Senior Manager of Forecasting & Analytics, you will use deep statistical analysis of historical and real time sell-through data and trends to shape the demand forecasts and integrated planning processes that ensure the right products reach the right markets at the right time. You will work at the intersection of data analytics, business intelligence, consumer trends, marketing efforts, supply chain, and cross-functional collaboration to create a forecasting framework and revenue analytics function that supports Aura's growth trajectory across North America, Europe, and expanding international markets.
Role Description Reporting directly to the CRO, you'll leverage statistical analysis, SQL-based business intelligence tools, and forecasting analytics to drive forecast accuracy improvements, lead the demand planning cycle, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. What You'll DoForecasting & Accuracy- Own the creation and continuous management of rolling revenue forecasts at the SKU/channel/geography level for Aura's product portfolio across all sales channels by utilizing SQL-based data and BI tools and statistical analytics
- Re-forecast on a weekly cadence (and daily during peak, promotional, and product launch windows) based on POS, sell-through, cross-channel marketing performance data and metrics, and inventory positions
- Lead Aura's demand planning operations, facilitating and leading regular cross-functional planning meetings that align Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance on a unified demand and supply plan
- Review and validate sales forecasts in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, ensuring alignment with product launches, promotional calendars, and market trends
- Track forecast accuracy metrics (MAPE, bias, WAPE) at the SKU/channel/week grain, set internal accuracy targets, and continuously refine forecasting methodologies to improve performance
- Utilize statistical forecasting techniques to generate baseline forecasts and identify opportunities for model enhancement
- Champion process improvements and automation to drive efficiency in demand planning workflows
- Prepare executive-ready presentations explaining demand forecasts, variances, and recommendations and provide regular demand planning updates to the CRO and Revenue Leadership team
- Proactively identify SKU/channel stockout and overstock risks using weeks-of-supply analysis, and recommend corrective actions before they affect availability or working capital
What You BringRequired- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, or business analytics in consumer electronics, consumer goods
- Demonstrated ownership of an end-to-end revenue forecast across multiple channels, with a track record of measurable forecast accuracy improvement
- International/multi-market demand planning experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modeling, large dataset manipulation)
- Working proficiency in SQL - comfortable querying source systems and BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar) without depending on an analyst
- Experience working with large datasets and translating data insights into actionable business recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence without direct authority, including presenting to executive leadership
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to balance data-driven insights with business judgment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset

Preferred- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and supply chain planning fundamentals - including channel-specific lead times and replenishment mechanics
- Basic programming, scripting or vibe coding skills (Python, R, Claude Code) for data analysis and forecasting
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) in addition to Metabase
- Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and time-series analysis
- Consumer electronics or hardware industry experience
- Understanding of promotional planning and trade promotion optimization
