We're looking for a
Senior Manager, Food & Beverage - Australia to shape, lead and elevate the Food & Beverage experience across
Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham. Based at The Station in Jindabyne and reporting to the Director, Hospitality Experience - Australia, this role sits at the heart of our Australian operations, combining strategic influence with hands-on leadership across some of the country's most iconic alpine destinations.
You'll lead a diverse, high-volume portfolio spanning restaurants, bars, events and on-mountain experiences - building exceptional leadership teams, driving commercial performance, and creating guest experiences that are as memorable as the mountains themselves.
What You'll Lead- Food & Beverage operations across three iconic alpine resorts.
- Create innovative guest experiences that elevate our hospitality offering.
- Develop high-performing hospitality leaders and building future capability.
- Drive commercial performance, service excellence and operational consistency.
- Champion a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring- Experience leading multi-site teams in dynamic, customer-focused environments, building teams and improving performance
- Demonstrated capability to evolve food and beverage operations to provide differentiated guest experiences.
- Strong commercial and financial capabilities.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing others.
- Experience within resorts, tourism, hotels or seasonal operations will be highly regarded.
