SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

This position provides financial support and analytics to the Senior Director of Finance, International and will assist in the financial forecasting processes, performance analytics, and strategic financial support for consolidated international P&L. Financial analysis and business partnering include but are not limited to: P&L reporting, long range strategic planning, and analytics as well as preparing materials for management reviews/divisional presentations. Special analyses to support strategic decision making may also be required. Other detailed analyses will be required on an ad hoc basis

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty listed below.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Ensure completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of forecasts in system
  • Provide strong analytics for the total International business via trends, insights and dynamic reporting (incl. historical and current run rates, price/volume, margin, etc.)
  • Collaborate with global FP&A and the business to improve financial planning and reporting processes and enhance efficiency
  • Work with commercial teams to ensure that financial plans and forecasts are realistic and aligned with Integra's plans
  • Utilize broad management and leadership knowledge to influence EMEA and CALA business leaders
  • Partner with the business to actively reallocate resources to drive Asia (inc China) growth aspirations
  • Resolve complex operational issues by leveraging appropriate resources across the organization
  • Build strong relationships, partner closely, with matrix to influence strategic decisions driving the International business forward
  • Drive development of direct report(s) and lead & maintain a high-performing team
  • Assist Senior Director of Finance, International in all international budget, strategic planning, and forecast processes including internal timelines, instructions and templates, as well as consolidation and analysis through presentations and reporting
  • Utilize in depth professional knowledge to analyze & interpret financial data to be used in meaningful and focused reports which support Commercial Leaders and help drive performance results & action
  • Incorporate practical knowledge and assist in the monthly/quarterly/annual analysis of revenue and overall P&L results for the international division including all actual, budget, forecast, and strategic plan processes
  • Drive margin improvements and balanced risks and opportunities views, while managing EBITDA
  • Ensure strong alignment with all divisions, leading to improved communication as well as a strong understanding of the business and its strategies
  • Perform other duties as assigned


DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position.
  • Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting required. MBA preferred. CPA a plus.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Accounting roles including Financial Planning and Analysis and/or Budgeting
  • Strong Excel skills and proven facility in financial modeling required
  • Detail oriented; strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills in conjunction with the ability to interact with all levels in the organization are a must
  • Experience with multidimensional databases such as Hyperion, OneStream, BPC or TM1 is a plus

Additional details:

This role is hybrid between Princeton, NJ and remote. Office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Salary Pay Range:

$125,350.00 - $172,500.00 USD Salary
