Full Job Description
Position Summary:

As a Senior Manager, Financial Analyst, you are assigned a hands-on finance role where you will be working closely with other Finance Team members as well as other supporting teams. While working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to solve multiple challenges. You will help gathering and analyzing large set of business and financial data to predict future performance, preparing financial plans and reports, and supporting organizational decision making by providing insightful information and leading process innovation projects to create operational excellency.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and present to senior management, offering financial insights
  • Participate and support in coordination of processes including month closing
  • Assist in budget preparation and regularly monitor budget adherence, identifying areas for cost optimization
  • Develop financial models and forecasts to predict future financial performance and support business decisions
  • Managing and leading various finance related projects, tracking project progress, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Monitor key financial metrics, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to optimize the financial performance and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather insights, support decision-making, and drive financial best practices across the organization

Required Skills:
  • BS in finance or accounting or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 10+ years of work experience in finance or accounting
  • A solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles
  • Excellent ability to problem to solve along with solid analytical skills and understanding of the business process
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills- Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
  • Strong familiarity with project management and proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Superior financial modeling experience and advanced proficiency with Excel (Macro), Interm Powerpoint, and financial DB/ Tool knowledge (SAP) strong ERP
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment excellent communication skills
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CFA/CPA) will be considered a plus
  • Fluent in both speaking and writing Korean
