Walmart Connect as a Sr Manager with expertise in Forecasting, FP&A, and Financial Modeling. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency through high-quality financial insights and data-driven recommendations.
What you'll do:- Lead Forecasting and Financial Modeling processes to inform business strategy and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain financial models, performance dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor key metrics.
- Partner with leaders across Walmart Connect to align forecasts with business objectives and evaluate performance against targets.
- Provide scenario modeling and variance analysis to support investment decisions and resource planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in analytical capabilities, leveraging automation and best practices.
What you'll bring: - Building Cross-Functional Relationships - Build and manage relationships with key partners to accelerate business improvements
- Providing Accurate Financial Projections and Variance Analysis - Provide input to the financial planning process by preparing financial analysis and modeling in partnership with cross-functional areas
- Improving Processes - Identify and fix gaps and inefficiencies in current processes to increase agility, accuracy, and connectivity between functions
- Identifying and Resolving Operational Gaps and Opportunities - Identify gaps between business goals and corporate objectives; provide feedback to management regarding risks associated with financial projects; and provide insight on relevant historical trends, expected future events, and retail trends

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year's supervisory experience.
