Role Summary:
As a Senior Manager, Finance (eCommerce Decision Support) you will tackle complex financial questions, support high-impact ecommerce decisions, and turn analysis into actionable insights. You will take a member-centric approach, partnering with eCommerce leaders to evaluate economic and operational tradeoffs, assess financial feasibility and investment choices, and help drive sustainable growth. This individual contributor role requires strong judgement, intellectual curiosity, comfort working with complex data, and the ability to move with speed while maintaining appropriate rigor.
What you'll do...
What You'll Do:
- Develop financial analyses, P&Ls, and business cases that help leaders evaluate potential outcomes, key assumptions, sensitivities, and incremental impact
- Mine and synthesize data from multiple sources to identify business drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities. Translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Clarify the decision, desired outcome, timing, and materiality upfront then calibrate analytical depth to move quickly without overengineering
- Bring enterprise, member, and P&L context into decisions, articulating financial feasibility and implications across growth, profitability, and member value
- Challenge assumptions, resolve data gaps, identify key dependencies, and surface cross-functional and second-order impacts early
- Use AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, strengthen insights, and communicate recommendations more clearly
What You'll Bring:
- Strong experience in FP&A, P&L management, financial modeling and business case development
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to structure ambiguous problems, work with complex or incomplete data, and connect analysis to broader business and P&L
- Understanding of ROI, capital allocation, incrementality, and the economic drivers of sustainable growth
- Sound judgement in balancing analytical rigor with decision speed and focusing work on what can meaningfully change the outcome
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to explain assumptions, recommendations, risks and the tradeoffs effectively across audiences
- Comfort using AI and driving automation with a willingness to adopt new capabilities thoughtfully
- Demonstrated ownership, responsiveness, preparation, proactive problem-solving and follow-through

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
