Job Description​
Position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, supervise, hire, discipline and make managerial decisions over Facilities plant operators, Maintenance technicians, and Lead Facilities Maintenance Rep. The position is responsible for the Electrical Systems for the main campus building and satellite clinics. Position is also responsible to manage the Nurse Call, Fire Alarm and Pneumatic Tube Systems and to coordinate material deliveries and contractor functions for accurate and timely completion of repairs and maintenance projects.
