The Distribution Engineering team enables lululemon's North America fulfillment network to operate safely, efficiently and at scale by delivering engineering expertise and technical solutions that support our distribution centers. The organization is built on three core pillars: Campus Engineering, which supports day to day distribution operations and continuous improvement across our campuses; MHE and Automation Engineering, which designs and advances our automation and material handling roadmap; and Facilities, which ensures the reliability and maintenance of our distribution center infrastructure.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering & Facilities, the Senior Manager, Facilities is responsible for our Facilities teams across all our Distribution Centers in North America. They will drive partnership and collaboration between DC Operations and cross functional partners to improve DC efficiency and uptime. The Senior Manager, Facilities will oversee building projects, renovations, refurbishments, and installations as well as ensure preventative maintenance and repairs on all equipment. They will be responsible for making decisions related to staffing, technology, efficiency, vendor selection, compliance and decision related to unforeseen issues that arise in the DCs. This role will ensure consistency, training, execution, and capability across our regions, elevating our existing teams to support our DC operations and aggressive capacity expansion. This role plays a business-critical role ensuring DCs remain operational and in compliance with local regulations, statutes and ordinances.

core responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership for Facilities operations across lululemon's North American Distribution Center network to ensure safe, compliant and highly reliable operations.
• Lead the development and execution of a network-wide facilities and asset management strategy encompassing building systems, material handling equipment (MHE), controls systems, utility systems and critical facility assets.
• Establish and drive standardized maintenance and reliability programs across all distribution centers, including preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, asset criticality methodologies and lifecycle management practices.
• Own the North America Facilities operating model, driving consistency in processes, technician capabilities, maintenance standards, safety programs, training, vendor management and CMMS utilization across the network.
• Provide leadership and governance for enterprise CMMS systems, maintenance planning, asset data integrity, performance reporting, inventory management and continuous improvement initiatives that improve equipment uptime and technician productivity.
• Partner closely with Distribution Operations, Distribution Engineering, Automation Engineering, Technology, FP&A, Health and Safety, Construction and Distribution leadership teams to maximize operational performance and minimize facility or equipment downtime.
• Serve as the Facilities functional leader for new distribution center launches, expansions, retrofits, automation deployments and major capital improvement projects.
• Own the Facilities capital planning process, including development of multi-year asset replacement strategies, infrastructure investment roadmaps, business cases and prioritization of capital expenditures across the network.
• Manage Facilities operating and capital budgets while identifying opportunities to improve asset performance, reduce maintenance costs and optimize vendor expenditures.
• Establish and monitor network-level KPIs; including equipment uptime, PM compliance, technician utilization, safety performance, maintenance costs, inventory accuracy, vendor performance and asset health metrics.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA (United States), Ministry of Labour (Canada), environmental regulations, fire and life safety requirements and company standards while maintaining a strong culture of safety and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed team of Facilities Managers, Supervisors, Controls Technicians and Maintenance Technicians to build organizational capability, succession pipelines and technical expertise across North America.
• Champion continuous improvement, sustainability, energy optimization, and operational innovation initiatives that improve reliability, reduce risk and support long-term network scalability.
• Lead through lululemon's IDEA commitments and cultivate an inclusive, high-performing culture that prioritizes safety, accountability and collaboration.

qualifications
• 12+ years of leadership experience in a Distribution Center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or similar industrial environment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth operation involving sortation, conveyance, automation, MHE, and WMS systems.
• 7-10 years of direct people management experience of hourly and salaried employees across multiple teams and sites.
• 5+ years of experience working with, supporting, or leading teams responsible for PLCs, controls systems and industrial automation preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with material handling equipment and large, complex integrated systems maintenance; experience overseeing multiple facilities preferred.
• 4-year college degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with powered equipment such as pallet jacks, high-bay pickers, and reach trucks.
• Working knowledge of MHE like sortation, conveyance, and pick towers in Distribution Environments.
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) expertise preferred.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from$144,100 - $189,100annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
