  • Lead and oversee the continued build-out and maturation of risk and control programs, including governance forums, risk reporting, oversight practices, and escalation pathways.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of emerging risks and issues across the supported groups and escalate areas of concern as appropriate.
  • Provide risk and control advice and effective challenge on material strategies, initiatives, risk assessments, and business decisions.

  • Prepare clear risk insights, reporting, and recommendations to support senior management discussions and governance forums.
  • Monitor changes to regulatory, policy, and internal requirements, assess impacts, and advise the supported groups on required actions.
  • Lead relationships with key business stakeholders, ORM, Compliance, Legal, and other Risk & Control Partners.
  • Promote consistency and coordination in risk and control coverage across the supported groups.
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects and initiatives that advance business priorities and address emerging governance, risk, and control needs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members, set clear priorities and expectations, and oversee the quality and timely delivery of G&C activities.

Job Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • Extensive experience in Governance & Control, Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, or a related discipline.
