Full Job Description
The Senior Manager- Enterprise Advanced Manufacturing Technology will lead strategy, portfolio prioritization, and value realization for our Industry 4.0 program across global plants. This leader will define standards, enable scale, and drive adoption-partnering closely with Operations, Lean/Timken Manufacturing Operating System (TMOS), IT/OT, Engineering, and Finance. Key Responsibilities: • Own and evolve the enterprise Industry 4.0 strategy aligned to OEE, throughput, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and energy. • Convert strategy into a prioritized portfolio of high-impact use cases and capability builds across sites. • Align cross-functional stakeholders, define metrics/ROI, and drive change management to ensure adoption and continuous improvement. • Brief executives with data-driven recommendations to inform funding and roadmap decisions. • Lead the Enterprise Digital Manufacturing Council, aligning Ops, Lean/TMOS, and IT/OT to prioritize and oversee digital initiatives. • Create and maintain standard playbooks for site readiness, training, support, and sustainment. • Lead regular joint planning sessions with Operations leaders and Plant Leaders, Lean/TMOS leadership, and IT/OT and data platform owners to align priorities and execution. • Track adoption and impact metrics to validate solution effectiveness and inform ongoing prioritization. • Define and enforce enterprise standards for data collection and contextualization, visualization, industrial analytics, condition monitoring/predictive maintenance, and OT connectivity with security-by-design. Qualifications: • Bachelor's in Engineering or related field • 15+ years in manufacturing/operations, digital transformation, or industrial engineering • Demonstrated success scaling digital capabilities across multiple sites • Strong Lean/continuous improvement fluency (A3/problem-solving) • Strong cross-functional leadership and influence skills • Working knowledge of OT/IT integration and industrial data ecosystems preferred
