Discover your exciting roleThe Senior Manager Engineering Project Management is responsible for running all aspects of a design, design/build, EPCM and/or construction project. Responsible for all scope, schedule, budget, safety, and team management. Must be able to lead and manage reimbursable projects up to $200 million and/or fixed price projects up top $150 million.

- Identifies differentiating factors concerning approach, design, and constructability during bid, proposal, and execution phases
- Coordinates meetings between potential clients and individual internal specialists
- Provides EPC Project Management support to the Business Development group
- Manages EPC, Design, Construction Management and/or Design Build projects
- Accountable for managing the overall execution of the contract
Stakeholder & Team Management - Provides leadership to the proposal technical team and project team upon award of a contract

- Provides EPC Project Management support to the Business Development group
- Manages EPC, Design, Construction Management and/or Design Build projects
Budget & Financial Oversight - Accountable for managing the overall execution of the contract
- Responsible for project profit and loss commitments through effective scope management, schedule management, cost control, change control, cash management, risk management, and implementation of recovery strategies
Project Delivery - Participates in continuous improvement plans as directed and/or through proactive application of personal expertise
- Maintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Company's project processes, procedures, and policies and is responsible for enforcing the use and conformance thereof
- In coordination with the relevant Discipline Director, executes a master agreement with each consultant
- Maintains a thorough understanding of the Company/Owner contract and all project correspondence and documentation
- Develops and maintains continuous positive relationships with the Client and their representatives
- Monitors the training of all project staff personnel in coordination with Discipline Directors and with available programs
- Promotes positive staff morale, professionalism, and attitude and assists to resolve potential deficiencies when identified or perceived

Show your expertiseMinimum Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
- OSHA 10 required/OSHA 30 preferred
- 10+ years of senior level construction management or design management experience
- 10+ years of project management experience
Preferred - Master's degree preferred
- Prior experience as a Senior Project Manager for a minimum of two successful projects. Experience on projects under design and/or construction
- Shown acumen for managing people
- Experience in either construction management role or design management role
Technical Project Management - Ability to oversee complex semiconductor projects, integrating technical expertise with project management skills to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client expectations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and foster collaboration between engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
Risk Assessment & Problem Solving - Expertise in identifying project risks, implementing proactive mitigation strategies, and solving challenges that arise during construction, commissioning, or technology transfer phases.
