We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, E-Commerce Sales, to join our team. This is a remote position located in Bentonville, AR and will report directly to the Director of Sales Operations.

Position Overview

The Senior Manager, E-Commerce Sales will be responsible for executing and supporting the company's online sales performance across Amazon, Walmart.com, and other retailer e-commerce platforms, working closely with the company's full-service online sales agency (Harvest Group). This role also supports the company's Shopify-based DTC website and serves as the primary liaison between internal sales leadership and the agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service as the primary contact for Harvest Group supporting Amazon and Walmart e-commerce
  • Communicate sales goals, priorities, and expectations from Sales Operations and Walmart Sales leadership
  • Review agency performance, deliverables, and reporting
  • Monitor Walmart.com and Amazon performance, pricing, promotions, and digital shelf execution
  • Oversee operational performance of Shopify DTC site
  • Partner with Sales Operations on forecasting, reporting, and inventory alignment
  • Manage and coach one Online Sales Associate
  • Act as execution link across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and agency partners
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and manufacturing industry
  • Familiarity with Walmart.com or Amazon e-commerce required
  • Shopify or DTC platform experience required
  • People management experience preferred
  • Ability to pivot duties and tasks with a positive attitude
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
