Full Job Description
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $126,100.00 in our lowest geographic market to $265,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

Reporting into the Director of Digital Site Experience & Merchandising, you will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Site Experience, Digital Marketing, Site Operations, Buying/Planning, Brand Marketing, and Analytics. You will lead and develop a team of site merchandisers, working collaboratively to deliver impactful, consumer-first digital experiences. This role operates at the intersection of global alignment and market execution, ensuring strategies are consistently brought to life in a way that resonates with the consumer.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a strategic and consumer-focused digital leader with a strong background in e-commerce and site merchandising within fashion, apparel, or footwear. This individual brings a balance of commercial acumen, analytical rigor, and creative thinking, with a passion for elevating the consumer experience across digital touchpoints.
  • 7-9+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or digital trading within retail, fashion, or sport
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience driving digital KPIs (conversion, revenue, AOV, engagement)
  • Deep understanding of site merchandising levers including navigation, search, filters, product storytelling, and on-site journeys
  • Experience developing and executing testing and optimization strategies
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and experimentation platforms

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Overview

The Senior Site Merchandising Manager will lead the strategy and execution of site merchandising for Converse.com, delivering a best-in-class consumer experience that drives engagement and commercial performance. Working in close partnership with cross-functional teams, this role will translate brand and commercial priorities into impactful digital experiences, ensuring alignment across markets while enabling effective local execution. Through strong commercial acumen, data-driven decision making, and a test-and-learn mindset, you will continuously evolve the on-site experience and elevate merchandising strategies across regions.

Digital Strategy & Commercial Performance
  • Develop and drive site merchandising strategies aligned to seasonal brand and business priorities and commercial objectives
  • Translate brand and product priorities into clear onsite execution plans that optimize conversion and engagement and bring to life our products in ways that make them truly shine for the consumer
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and ensure cohesive execution across digital touchpoints
  • Identify opportunities to enhance site performance and contribute to the evolution of digital capabilities over time

Site Merchandising & Consumer Experience
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of site merchandising, ensuring a seamless and compelling consumer journey
  • Oversee site taxonomy, navigation, search optimization, and product lifecycle management
  • Partner with Content and Storytelling teams to create and manage the digital calendar, including launches, campaigns, and promotional moments
  • Elevate product storytelling and visual merchandising across the site to support both brand and commercial goals
  • Ensure consistency in how experiences are executed while allowing for relevant adaptation to different market needs

Testing, Optimization & Insights
  • Own site merchandising input and prioritization of a structured A/B testing and optimization roadmap to continuously improve site performance
  • Partner with analytics, UX and digital capabilities teams to prioritize, execute, and scale testing initiatives
  • Translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations that improve the consumer experience
  • Deliver regular reporting and insights on site performance, testing outcomes, and optimization opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with CRM, Content and Storytelling, UX and Brand teams to ensure alignment between onsite and offsite consumer experiences
  • Collaborate with Buying, Planning, Allocations, Digital Catalog and Operations and Nike SNKRS teams to ensure strong product readiness, assortment flow, and lifecycle management
  • Work closely with global teams to align on best practices, share learnings, and contribute to continuous improvement of site merchandising strategies

People Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of site merchandisers, setting clear priorities and expectations
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment focused on consumer impact and business results
  • Build team capability across merchandising, analytics, and optimization practices
  • Establish effective ways of working that enable strong execution and cross-functional alignment

Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the digital experience through emerging tools, capabilities, and personalization
