Full Job Description

You are:

You are a senior product strategy leader who thrives in ambiguity and knows how to help clients solve complex business problems through digital products, operating model change, and AI-enabled transformation.

You bring strong consulting skills, product taste, and the ability to guide senior clients through ambiguity. You are curious, highly inquisitive, and energized by solving hard problems. You connect the dots across teams, functions, and organizations and help clients move from fragmented inputs to clear priorities, decisions, and action.

You can connect product strategy to the operating model required to deliver it. You help clients shape product direction, then mobilize the cross-functional teams, governance, decision-making, and blended client and Accenture ways of working needed to execute successfully.

You bring an AI-first mindset and look for new ways to solve product, customer, and operating model problems using AI. You understand how AI can create value across product strategy, delivery, operations, and customer experience, and you have used AI in your own work to improve speed, quality, synthesis, or decision-making. You can help clients identify where AI can create meaningful value in practical and responsible ways.

The work

  • Lead client engagements focused on digital product strategy, product operating model transformation, and AI-enabled change
  • Advise senior client stakeholders on product vision, investment priorities, product organization design, governance, and ways of working
  • Define product strategies that connect customer needs, business goals, market context, and technical realities into clear direction and actionable plans
  • Define and mobilize the operating model required to deliver product strategy, including roles, governance, team structure, delivery ways of working, and blended client and Accenture resource models
  • Assess current-state product capabilities, team structures, processes, and delivery models, then develop target-state recommendations and transformation roadmaps
  • Help clients identify where AI, automation, and agentic workflows can improve product development, service delivery, decision-making, and business outcomes
  • Facilitate executive alignment across product, business, design, engineering, data, and operations stakeholders
  • Guide teams through tradeoff decisions across desirability, feasibility, viability, and organizational readiness
  • Lead cross-functional teams from strategic framing through implementation planning and delivery oversight where needed
  • Develop high-quality client deliverables, including assessments, business cases, roadmaps, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations
  • Mentor team members and help shape team culture, methods, and capability development
  • Contribute to business development through proposals, client discussions, recruiting, and thought leadership
  • Senior stakeholders are aligned on product vision, priorities, and investment decisions.
  • A clear product strategy and roadmap connects customer needs, business outcomes, and delivery feasibility.
  • The product operating model (teams, roles, governance, rituals, decision rights) is defined and adopted.
  • AI opportunities are identified, value is quantified where possible, and responsible adoption is built into plans.
  • Engagement teams deliver high-quality outputs on time, with clear recommendations and next steps.

Here6s what you6ll need:

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in product management, digital product strategy, consulting, digital transformation, innovation, or related fields. Experience should include:
    • Experience leading client-facing engagements or major workstreams with Directors, VPs, and C-suite stakeholders
    • Experience developing product strategies, transformation plans, operating model recommendations, or innovation roadmaps
    • Strong consulting skills, including executive communication, workshop facilitation, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder management
    • Demonstrated ability to define and mobilize product operating models, including governance, roles, team structures, delivery ways of working, and blended client and consulting teams
    • Demonstrated understanding of how AI can create value across product strategy, delivery, operations, and customer experience
    • Experience using AI to augment your own work and improve the quality, speed, or effectiveness of analysis, planning, or decision-making
    • Familiarity with agentic workflows, AI governance, transparency, human oversight, and responsible adoption considerations
    • Strong leadership, collaboration, and team development skills

Bonus points if:

  • Experience in Communications, Media, and Technology, retail, consumer products, or other customer-centric industries
  • Experience with product assessments, enterprise product transformation, or AI readiness efforts
  • Experience helping clients define AI use cases, value models, adoption plans, or governance approaches
  • Experience in both consulting and industry environments
