Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Digital Media Analytics is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various digital marketing channels to optimize campaign performance and drive business growth. This mid-level position requires both analytical expertise and strategic thinking to transform data insights into actionable recommendations. Experience managing an analytics delivery team is a must. This position reports to the Senior Director, Omnichannel and works closely with marketing, analytics and business intelligence teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple digital platforms including social media, search, display, email, and website analytics
  • Create comprehensive performance overviews to track KPIs and communicate results to stakeholders
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop testing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness
  • Maintain and improve tracking systems to ensure accurate data collection and reporting
  • Stay current with industry benchmarks, trends, and best practices in digital promotion and analytics

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics or related role
  • Pharma and/or Life Sciences experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with media analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and third-party services (Crossix, AIMXR)
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio)
  • Experience with spreadsheet applications and data manipulation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with tag management systems
  • Understanding of statistical concepts and A/B testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
  • Digital marketing certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint)
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis

The salary range for this position is $119,500 to $163,875 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
