Full Job Description
As Senior Manager, Digital Health, you will play a critical role in creating digital products that continuously improve our relationship with Alcon customers, consumers and sales associates. You will shape and deliver digital products that connect and streamline customer workflows across Ophthalmic Clinics and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). You will be accountable for identifying products and solutions that improve the customer's experience while ensuring solutions deliver measurable value to end users, practices, and Alcon.

In this role, a typical day will include:
  • Owns product roadmap, backlog, and delivery across a defined product, module, or capability, including end-to-end processes
  • Translates customer and business needs into clear, prioritized solutions
  • Drives cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and business stakeholders
  • Connects stakeholders in Clinics and ASCs and provides data connectivity across roles and responsibilities
  • Applies data and insights to inform decisions and optimize product performance
  • Manages dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across a broader scope
  • Communicates direction, priorities, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
  • Mentors peers and contributes to team capability development

  • Value generated via Connected Customer Flow, measured by Customer adoption & utilization.
