Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Over 10 years of experience in mission-critical data center engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within engineering teams.
• Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and controls engineering, as well as familiarity with liquid cooling, UPS, generators, and AI infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to set engineering standards and ensure compliance across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse engineering disciplines including electrical and mechanical engineering.
• Develop and implement engineering standards for AI/GPU data center operations.
• Oversee and improve processes for new builds and operational enhancements.
• Conduct due diligence for new colocation projects.
• Collaborate with site operations and design teams for seamless execution.
• Establish infrastructure specifications and governance documentation.
• Cultivate engineering talent and contribute to succession planning.
