Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Data Analytics, leads the development and execution of data strategies that drive business insights and operational excellence. What you'll do...- Identify and assess appropriate data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements to ensure data fitness for purpose.
- Formulate technical solutions by translating business problems into data-driven approaches using advanced analytics and automation techniques.
- Design and implement advanced data visualizations to communicate complex insights effectively, tailoring presentations to stakeholder needs.
- Develop and execute data strategies that maximize business value while ensuring compliance with data quality, governance, and security standards.
- Lead data quality management initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to maintain high data integrity.
- Mentor team members, fostering skill development and promoting continuous improvement in analytics practices.
What you'll bring:- Extensive experience in data analytics, including big data technologies such as Apache Spark and NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency in Python programming for data analysis, visualization, and automation.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
1 year's supervisory experience.
