Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Data Analytics, leads the development and execution of data strategies that drive business insights and operational excellence. This role requires expertise in big data technologies, advanced analytics, and data visualization to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions. The position involves mentoring teams, ensuring data quality, and collaborating across functions to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals. The successful candidate will apply rigorous analytical methods and foster continuous improvement to support informed decision-making and deliver measurable business value.

What you'll do...
  • Identify and assess appropriate data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements to ensure data fitness for purpose.
  • Formulate technical solutions by translating business problems into data-driven approaches using advanced analytics and automation techniques.
  • Design and implement advanced data visualizations to communicate complex insights effectively, tailoring presentations to stakeholder needs.
  • Develop and execute data strategies that maximize business value while ensuring compliance with data quality, governance, and security standards.
  • Lead data quality management initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to maintain high data integrity.
  • Mentor team members, fostering skill development and promoting continuous improvement in analytics practices.
