Full Job Description
Within our Corporate Information Technology team located in Denver - Leprino is seeking a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity to lead our enterprise cybersecurity program and help strengthen the security of our technology environment. This role partners closely with IT and business leaders to reduce cybersecurity risk, guide security strategy, and support secure, reliable business operations across the company.

At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $147,000 and $170,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 15%.

  • Lead and develop a collaborative cybersecurity team while providing coaching, clear direction, and opportunities for growth.
  • Build and advance our enterprise cybersecurity program by strengthening governance, reducing risk, and improving program maturity.
  • Lead the enterprise vulnerability management program, ensuring timely identification, prioritization, remediation, and reporting of security risks.
  • Partner with infrastructure, networking, applications, operational technology, and business teams to incorporate practical cybersecurity controls into technology initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Guide the cybersecurity roadmap in partnership with IT leadership, prioritizing initiatives that strengthen security while supporting reliable business operations.
  • Oversee security operations delivered through internal team members and co-sourced Security Operations Center (SOC) partners, ensuring effective monitoring, detection, and incident readiness.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for significant cybersecurity incidents by coordinating response activities, communications, and post-incident reviews.
  • Build meaningful cybersecurity reporting that communicates program performance, emerging risks, and recommendations to IT and executive leadership.
  • Manage relationships with cybersecurity vendors and service providers, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value.
  • Improve cybersecurity processes, controls, and reporting that enhance visibility, and strengthen governance.


You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
  • A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similarly relevant subject area.
  • Eight (8) or more years of progressive cybersecurity or information security experience.
  • Three (3) or more years leading cybersecurity teams, programs, or major security initiatives.
  • Experience building, implementing, or advancing enterprise cybersecurity programs.
  • Experience leading vulnerability management, cybersecurity risk assessments, and incident response planning.
  • Broad knowledge of enterprise security technologies including identity, endpoint, network, and security monitoring.
  • Experience communicating cybersecurity risks and recommendations to technical and executive audiences.


We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
  • A Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similarly relevant subject area.
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, or a similar cybersecurity certification.
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity within a manufacturing or industrial (OT) environment.
  • Experience leading enterprise vulnerability management programs and improving cybersecurity reporting, metrics, and program maturity.
