What you'll doLead a global Customer Operations team responsible for end-to-end order lifecycle management, including order processing, fulfillment enablement, and invoicing support. Drive operational excellence by ensuring data integrity, contractual compliance, and consistent execution across multiple ERP platforms. Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Revenue, Logistics, and Program to remove barriers, resolve escalations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Champion process standardization metrics, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance scalability, support revenue realization, and strengthen customer satisfaction.
The day-to-day- Lead and develop a team responsible for end-to-end order lifecycle management, including order receipt, entry, maintenance, fulfillment coordination, invoicing, and customer support activities.
- Own operational performance for order management processes supporting 400+ global customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of sales orders across multiple ERP systems while maintaining high standards of data integrity, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead ERP system development initiatives, overseeing application design, customization, integration, testing, maintenance, and support to deliver secure, efficient, and high-performing sales order management capabilities.
- Establish and monitor operational metrics, including order accuracy, cycle time, fulfillment performance, exception volume, and customer service levels.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex customer, operational, and commercial issues impacting order execution, delivery commitments, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Partner closely with Program Management, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Revenue, Legal, and Tax teams to resolve barriers and drive seamless order fulfillment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on streamlining processes, standardization, automation, and operational scalability.
- Foster a customer-first culture while developing team capability through coaching, performance management, and learning.
What you'll need- Minimum 5+ years of relatable experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving process improvement.
- U.S. citizenship required
What will help you on the job- Preferred experience with Jira and ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle.
- Ability to follow the process while exercising judgment and intuition to provide customer recommendations and process improvements.
- Preferred understanding of order-to-cash processes, customer fulfillment, invoicing, and revenue-impacting transactions.

Salary range$133,000.00 - $210,000.00 / annually.For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $165,000.00- $248,000.00/ annually
