Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Creative (Associate Creative Director) leads the development of innovative visual identities across our private brands portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the customer experience. This role oversees brand identity projects, provides direction & feedback to creative teams, and collaborates with internal and external partners to produce high-quality creative toolkits (for packaging, digital channels & more). The Senior Manager (ACD) also mentors team members, models a commitment to creative excellence, and fosters continuous improvement to enhance overall brand impact and business results
What you'll do...- Creative Leadership: Lead the development and evolution of large-scale omnichannel brand systems across packaging, retail, digital and campaign touchpoints to align with strategic business objectives.
- Manage high-profile projects from inception to completion. Provide clear & actionable feedback to creative teams to deliver best-in-class brand indentities on-time & on-budget.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative peers and other key stakeholders to implement design systems that achieve broader business goals. Pursue ways that we can work better, faster.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed of industry trends and emerging design technologies. Constantly seeks new brands across Grocery, General Merchandise and Fashion
What you'll bring...- Proven track record of creating successful brand identities and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing examples of brand & packaging design, your creative process and strategic thinking.
- Ability to interpret and apply creative briefs aligned with marketing strategy and customer experience.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software including the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Slides and Figma.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Firefly or similar
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment leading brand design work in-house or agency side.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
