Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Strategy, leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive Walmart's financial and business objectives. This role involves analyzing complex data, assessing market trends, and collaborating across functions to deliver actionable insights and innovative solutions. The position requires critical thinking to evaluate risks and opportunities, guiding decision-making processes that align with organizational goals. By fostering cross-functional partnerships and leveraging advanced strategic frameworks, the Senior Manager ensures sustainable competitive advantage and supports continuous improvement in planning and performance across the enterprise.

What you'll do...
  • Lead the development of high-impact, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, translating complex problems into clear, actionable plans driving business outcomes.
