We are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Responsibility to drive execution, measurement, and reporting across our four core pillars: Forests, Planet, People, and Practices.

In this impact-driven role, you will work closely with leadership to enhance transparency, champion responsible business practices, and help build our corporate responsibility narratives. This position plays a pivotal role in aligning our sustainability performance with overarching corporate strategy while supporting critical reporting requirements and investor transparency. How You Will Contribute

In this role, you will champion our data and shape our corporate narrative across four critical pillars:
  • Strategy & Disclosure Lead: Directly support the execution of our corporate responsibility roadmap and prepare critical disclosures to maintain consistent messaging across all business units.
  • Data Architect: Own the collection, validation, and benchmarking of sustainability metrics, engineering robust processes that ensure our data is fully auditable and aligned with global standards.
  • Carbon Account Subject Matter Expert: Lead the calculation of forest carbon removals, storage trends, and Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions to support decarbonization tracking.
  • Storyteller & Market Analyst: Transform technical climate and environmental data into compelling public narratives, while monitoring emerging global regulations, ESG rater trends, and nature-related risks.


Key Accountabilities

Data Compilation & Analysis
  • Lead the collection, compilation, and validation of data supporting all corporate responsibility reporting initiatives.
  • Design and maintain robust data collection processes, controls, and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with third-party audit requirements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Public Affairs to compile accurate progress metrics and real-world case studies.


Carbon Accounting & Emissions Frameworks
  • Own and manage the calculations for forest carbon removals and storage, remaining deeply informed on the latest trends in carbon accounting.
  • Track, calculate, and report Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions to support comprehensive footprint analysis, target setting, and decarbonization pathways.
  • Prepare emissions data for regulatory disclosures, corporate responsibility reports, and formal third-party assurance processes.


Disclosures, Research, & Insights
  • Assist in the preparation of corporate responsibility reports and stakeholder materials, translating complex technical metrics into meaningful storytelling.
  • Highlight specific initiatives around responsible forestry and sustainable wood products to educate investors and key stakeholders.
  • Manage responses to customer and investor ESG questionnaires, analyze rating metrics, and benchmark performance against industry peers.
  • Actively monitor global corporate responsibility trends, frameworks, and regulations while researching emerging climate- and nature-related risks.


What You Bring to the Team

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, finance, corporate responsibility, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are preferred.

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or environmental data roles. Experience in forestry, natural resources, energy, or industrial sectors is an asset.

Technical Expertise: Experience with GHG emissions accounting and carbon reporting. Proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel, paired with strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and TNFD, and preferred experience with ESG data management platforms.

Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative and analytical skills paired with high attention to detail and accuracy, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

This role is primarily office based with extended periods of computer use. Domestic travel (estimated 20-25%) may be required to support stakeholder meetings, site visits, and external representation.
