Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; master's or MBA preferred.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, supplier management, external manufacturing, or contract manufacturing operations.
• Experience in regulated environments, particularly medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.
• Ability to manage Contract Manufacturing Organizations or external manufacturing partners effectively.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier qualification, and inventory management.
• Experience in supplier onboarding, performance management, and commercial negotiations.
• Project management experience, including supplier transitions and process insourcing.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier operations for assigned products to ensure reliable supply and issue resolution.
• Coordinate procurement and material processes, including purchasing, goods receipt, and inventory oversight.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Lead supplier onboarding and qualification in line with regulatory and Quality Management System requirements.
• Support evaluation and integration of external manufacturing partners and critical suppliers.
• Drive supply chain resilience initiatives, including risk mitigation and process improvements.
• Act as the senior interface between local and global stakeholders across various functions.
