Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Construction Superintendent, leads daily onsite operations by supervising subcontractors and field personnel to ensure project plans and quality standards are met. This role involves coordinating trades, managing site logistics, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The position requires proactive scheduling, real-time problem solving, and effective communication with stakeholders to support project timelines and objectives. To ensure these responsibilities are met, this role will be field-based and will require up to 85% travel for site visits and project oversight.

- Coordinate regulatory and client inspections, ensuring readiness and adherence to applicable codes.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities to build a high-performing team.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
