Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Construction Superintendent, leads daily onsite operations by supervising subcontractors and field personnel to ensure project plans and quality standards are met. This role involves coordinating trades, managing site logistics, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The position requires proactive scheduling, real-time problem solving, and effective communication with stakeholders to support project timelines and objectives. The role also emphasizes continuous improvement, team development, and adherence to company policies, fostering a high-performing and safety-conscious work environment throughout all construction phases. To ensure these responsibilities are met, this role will be field-based and will require up to 85% travel for site visits and project oversight.

  • Conduct daily coordination meetings to align trades, resolve scheduling conflicts, and adjust sequencing to maintain project timelines.
  • Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules to anticipate activities and resource needs, optimizing site logistics and workflow.
  • Enforce safety protocols, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Coordinate regulatory and client inspections, ensuring readiness and adherence to applicable codes.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities to build a high-performing team.

  • Proficient at managing site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment placement to optimize workflow and minimize delays.
  • Skilled in preparing progress reports and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 85% of the time.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
