Your Role

Baxter is committed to driving connectivity for patients, clinicians, and customers across healthcare settings. The portfolio includes key offerings that drive revenue and advance Baxter’s mission to save and sustain lives while shaping the future of healthcare.

The Senior Manager of Commercial Marketing is a key downstream marketing leader responsible for commercialization, market adoption, customer engagement, and portfolio growth across Baxter's Connected Care portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role translates product strategy into market success through compelling positioning, sales enablement, customer engagement programs, launch excellence, and data-driven commercial insights.

This leader partners closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Regional Marketing, MarCom, R&D, and Service teams to develop differentiated value propositions, drive customer adoption, optimize commercial performance, and accelerate portfolio growth. The role requires an individual who can simplify complex healthcare technology concepts, influence across a highly matrixed organization, and leverage analytics to inform business decisions.

Key stakeholders in the Connected Care Group include Product Management, Product (upstream) Marketing, Marketing Communications (MarCom), Sales, R&D, Project Management, and Operations. This role requires adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Success requires a highly collaborative, visible individual who can effectively influence within and across organizations while navigating changing business priorities. We are seeking a collaborative, high-energy, and agile individual who has an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare and technology ecosystem. Success in this role will be measured by product adoption, customer engagement, commercial readiness, pipeline influence, launch execution, and contribution to portfolio growth.

  • Partnering cross-functionally with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing Communications, and regional teams to deliver successful commercialization initiatives.
  • Creating differentiated positioning, messaging, value propositions, and customer engagement strategies that resonate with clinical, operational, financial, and IT decision-makers.
  • Leading sales enablement and launch excellence through pre-launch, launch, and post-launch programs, ensuring the field has the tools, content, processes, and support needed for commercial success.
  • Developing and optimizing customer adoption, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, and omnichannel campaigns that increase awareness, utilization, expansion, retention, and profitability.
  • Leveraging customer insights, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer feedback to strengthen commercial strategy, improve customer experience, and influence future product enhancements.
  • Building scalable marketing capabilities and best practices while coaching teams, fostering collaboration, managing external partners, and driving operational excellence across the portfolio.
