  • Track adoption data and user feedback, and use it to keep improving the collaboration experience.
AI Capabilities & Automation (Primary)
  • Build and own the AI and automation strategy for end users, including Copilot and workflow automation tools.
  • Roll AI tools out across the company and make sure people actually adopt and use them.
  • Put together training and communication plans that help AI adoption stick, and track whether it's working.
  • Keep an eye on new AI and automation tools and bring recommendations for where they fit in our workplace.
End-User Device Strategy (Primary)
  • Set the strategy for company devices - laptops, mobile, endpoints - including lifecycle planning and refresh cycles.
  • Work with security and infrastructure on device provisioning, BYOD policy, and management standards.
  • Manage device spend and vendor relationships alongside procurement.
  • Help employees adopt new device capabilities through training and clear policy communication.
Unified Communications, Telephony & Mobility (Oversight)
  • Set the overall direction for UC and telephony - VoIP, SIP trunking, Teams Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Cisco, WebEx Calling, and contact center integrations - carried out by the technical team.
  • Direct the team modernizing legacy POTS lines to "POTS in the Box."
  • Make sure the UC team has disaster recovery, high availability, and capacity planning covered for voice and conferencing.
  • Oversee mobility operations - MDM/MAM, device lifecycle, and Telecom Expense Management - run by the technical team.
  • Make sure UC platforms stay integrated with collaboration tools and identity/security services.
Governance, Compliance & Security
  • Set governance, security, retention, and compliance policies across collaboration, digital experience, AI, UC, telephony, and mobility.
  • Work with Information Security and Risk to stay compliant with HIPAA, GDPR, and SOX.
Team & Vendor Management
  • Directly manage, mentor, and develop 1 to 2 direct reports across collaboration, digital experience, and AI, and provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and performance management for them, while directing technical leads across UC, telephony, and mobility.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, licensing, escalations, and roadmaps.
  • Keep incident, change, problem, and capacity management aligned to ITIL so we hit our SLAs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 10+ years in IT, with real depth in collaboration platforms, digital experience, and AI/automation.
  • Track record of driving AI/Copilot adoption and setting device strategy.
  • Comfortable managing UC, telephony, and mobility through a technical team, even without hands-on engineering experience in those areas.
