We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Client Data and Application Integrations to lead the team responsible for integrating and delivering partner and client data across the organization.

This role leads a team of Data Engineers and Application/Integration Engineers and is responsible for technology roadmaps, delivery planning, Agile/Scrum execution, stakeholder management, production operations, and continuous process improvement.

 

The ideal candidate combines strong Program Management and technical delivery skills with a solid understanding of data integration and engineering. This is a player-coach role requiring the ability to engage in technical discussions, guide teams, manage complex delivery efforts, and work effectively across business and technology organizations.


You will...
  • Play a key role in defining integration strategies, managing project execution, and ensuring the seamless integration of systems and applications across the organization.
  • Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists, engineers, and analysts to design, develop, and implement integration solutions that meet business requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, to gather integration requirements, define project scope, and prioritize initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive integration roadmap, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements for integration projects.
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of integration tools, platforms, and technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Manage all aspects of integration project delivery, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor and track integration project performance, identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and taking proactive measures to mitigate potential impacts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, partners, and external stakeholders to support integration efforts and drive innovation.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on integration projects, including progress against milestones, budget, and resource utilization.
  • Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in integration and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Determine appropriate staffing and resources to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Define annual Key Performance Indicators aligned with corporate goals.
  • Direct and mentor leaders on performance, career development, onboarding, succession planning, employee relations, and other people-management responsibilities.
  • Own employee satisfaction and retention and support initiatives that strengthen team performance.
  • Direct and influence change management initiatives to drive improvements and efficiencies cross-functionally.
  • Prepare and manage budget as assigned; analyze variances and initiate corrective actions to maximize operational performance.
  • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Eight (8) plus years experience in software integration, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex integration initiatives.
  • Three (3) plus years leadership responsibility with strong team management skills and the ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Deep understanding of integration technologies, protocols, and standards, including APIs, ETL, messaging queues, and middleware.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare, specifically Medicaid and Medicare Advantage environments, and the ability to navigate healthcare strategy and tools.
  • Solid project management skills, including Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Asana.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering business value.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical or detailed information into clear messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Ability to identify the impact of change to clients, members, and teammates and define appropriate readiness needs.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and collaborative with the ability to work across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality, integrity, and appropriate judgment.
  • Experience working in regulated industries, such as healthcare or finance, is a plus.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Salary: $140,000-$175,000

This role is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
