About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Channel Management on the Commercial Operations & Channel Management team to help us expand what's possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the Director, Distribution & Channel Management, the role will perform key operational functions that support the compliant and efficient movement of pharmaceutical products. This role will be responsible for interacting with the third-party logistics provider (3PL) and Specialty Distributor(s), ensuring Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) compliance, and partnering with Quality Assurance for Change Controls, Change Actions, and related responsibilities.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to utilize your strong background in GMP - GXP pharmaceutical distribution operations, DSCSA compliance, Quality Assurance in product distribution, and showcase that you are adept at managing external partners, driving operational performance, and maintaining relationships across all activities.

You'll also:
  • Serve as the primary contact for daily 3PL operations, including warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
  • Monitor 3PL performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs, e.g., order accuracy, shipping timelines, inventory accuracy).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain & Logistics) and 3PL to ensure product integrity, temperature control compliance, and adherence to Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and GXP requirements.
  • Manage purchase orders and reconcile invoices for compliance and payment.
  • Ensure compliance through the US commercial product distribution network from 3PL to downstream trading partners.
  • Perform role-specific Computer System Validation and Change Control.
  • Investigate and resolve DSCSA exceptions including regulatory requirements, non-binding recommendations, and industry-proposed best.
  • Work collaboratively with contracted consultants and service providers.
  • Perform Distribution & Channel Management Change Controls, Change Actions, and related responsibilities.


Who You Are:

You have a Bachelors degree in supply chain, business, economics, or a related field along with 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, logistics, or distribution.

You are or you also have:
  • Proven experience managing 3PL relationships and driving performance.
  • Strong knowledge of DSCSA.
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical state licensing requirements and compliance protocols.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven mindset of proactive continuous improvement.


Where You'll Work

This is a remote role based out of our Bridgewater, NJ office. You'll work remotely most of the time, with in-person collaboration when it matters most.

Travel Requirements

This role may require occasional domestic travel, up to 15%.

Pay Range:
$124,000.00-161,000.00 Annual
