The Senior Manager, Business Strategy, will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective project management, and the ability to collaborate across functions to align business objectives with market opportunities. The successful candidate will provide thought leadership, oversee performance metrics, and support business planning efforts to enhance competitive positioning. This position demands a strategic mindset and proven experience in managing complex projects within a dynamic retail environment.
About the team:

The eCommerce Fulfillment team leads Sam's Club's comprehensive fulfillment strategy, ensuring timely delivery to members. This team transforms a network of over 600 clubs and advanced fulfillment centers into agile, efficient hubs that bring inventory closer to members. Members of this team analyze operational data to enhance delivery speed and reduce costs, proactively address fulfillment challenges, and collaborate with Product, Finance, Operations, and Merchandising to develop future-ready data and automation systems. Their efforts drive significant efficiencies that enhance member value and strengthen Sam's Club's position in customer-focused logistics.

  • Analyze market trends, performance metrics, and competitive data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with retail, supply chain, and product teams to align initiatives with organizational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
