Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Senior Manager, Business Impact & Delivery will play a critical strategic role within the Creditor Distribution team, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Creditor Distribution. The successful candidate will enhance project delivery capabilities, strengthen cross-functional partnerships, and drive strategic opportunity identification that accelerates business growth and competitive advantage across the enterprise. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership, balancing tactical project management with strategic business insight to optimize distribution channel performance and reduce execution risk.
What will you do?- Lead and manage high-priority projects that drive strategic value and business outcomes
- Coordinate across business units to execute distribution opportunities and drive seamless cross-functional collaboration
- Conduct strategic analysis including SWOT assessments, trend identification, and opportunity identification in partnership with leadership
- Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the Senior Director and broader leadership team
- Drive process improvements in project governance frameworks and execution methodologies
- Optimize resource allocation and analytical capabilities to support data-driven decision-making
What do you need to succeed?Must-have- Proven experience managing complex, high-priority projects in a financial services environment
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to conduct strategic analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Project management expertise with a track record of on-time delivery
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Suite products
- In-depth knowledge of insurance, life and benefits products, and distribution channels
Nice-to-have- Familiarity with financial services, products and pricing strategy
- Background in process improvement and governance frameworks
