The Change Activation Readiness Lead prepares the Avionics organization for major initiative launches and operational changes, including S/4HANA. The role brings structure to work that is often fast-moving and complex. It sets a clear plan, explains what teams need to know, and keeps leaders aligned as they move toward key targets. This critical role also drafts communications, shapes strategy for how key changes are activated, and develops materials to help teams understand and adopt those changes. The ideal candidate can create order out of complicated work and guide diverse stakeholders toward a shared outcome. The role requires steady judgment, strong communication, and the discipline to move quickly while staying focused on the larger picture.
What You Will Do- Build clear activation plans that outline goals, timelines, dependencies, responsibilities, and key milestones for major initiatives
- Dig into schedules and workplans to surface risks, derive actions, and keep teams moving toward critical targets
- Draft straightforward communications that help teams understand what's changing and give leaders the tools to introduce updates with clarity and consistency
- Shape how key changes and initiatives are activated across Avionics, ensuring the approach is simple, coordinated, and easy to follow
- Develop practical training materials-guides, job aids, learning paths-that prepare employees for new systems, processes, and role expectations
- Coordinate and partner across functions to keep stakeholders aligned, informed, and working toward shared outcomes
- Build and support change champion networks that accelerate adoption and provide local readiness support
- Monitor readiness and progress, identifying risks early and helping leaders guide corrective actions before they affect critical targets
- Bring structure to complex and fast-moving work by organizing tasks, clarifying actions, and keeping teams focused on what matters most
- Support leaders during key milestones, helping them communicate effectively and stay aligned as initiatives move from planning to execution
- Use feedback and data to continuously improve communication, training, and adoption strategies
Qualifications You Must Have- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
- Experience creating materials that help teams understand changes - guides, summaries, presentations, and reference tools
- Proven ability to organize complex, fastmoving work and turn broad goals into clear, actionable plans
- Strong communication skills, with experience drafting concise, effective messages for leaders and teams

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
