Full Job Description
This position is responsible for the tech resiliency program and owns planning through execution and reporting to sponsors and tech SLT. Current work ties with infrastructure and security with application roll outs to follow. Lead level is critical given nature of partners and sponsors, scope and oversight accountability.

This position does not have approval for Visa sponsorship that includes H1 Visa, H1 Visa Transfers, OPT, CPT or F1 Visa.

Position Compensation Range:
$113,000.00 - $194,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities
  • Manages all aspects of project delivery across multiple teams.
  • You will work in a large complex Technology organization leading large transformative programs
  • Develops and nurtures relationships with key stakeholders that includes C Suite Management
  • Contributes to process improvement initiatives.
  • Develops a detailed project plan to track project progress of all assigned projects.
  • Performs risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Maintains clear communication with senior leadership and business constituents.


Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
  • Experience managing large programs within Infrastructure and Security.
  • Experience with multi year, multi workstream efforts.
  • Experience managing IT projects and schedules within a software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with project managing long term, time-sensitive projects and competing projects in a dynamic data environment.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure, Security, Software Engineering, and Service Management functions
    Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile planning and delivery frameworks
  • Strong alignment with AmFam's and Technology's culture and behaviors

In this Hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783.
