Full Job Description
Inmar Automotive is building a focused growth engine for the U.S. franchise automotive retail market. We need an experienced B2B automotive marketer who can step in, understand the dealer ecosystem immediately, and execute through Inmar's existing marketing infrastructure. Success is measured by qualified dealer demand and agreed demo targets-not activity alone.

The Product Marketing Manager works within the team and cross-functionally with teams in Sales, Product Management, Corporate Marketing and Technology and is seen as the subject-matter expert with regards to the product or product line assigned.

What You'll own:
  • Own the Automotive demand-generation plan and work backward from quarterly and annual qualified-demo targets; maintain a simple operating scorecard and act quickly when performance is off plan.
  • Build integrated campaigns for U.S. franchise dealerships and dealer groups, with distinct motions for dealer principals, GMs, fixed operations leaders and automotive marketing leaders.
  • Lead automotive event strategy and execution for NADA, Digital Dealer and other priority programs-including pre-event demand, speaking/content opportunities, demo scheduling, onsite conversion and disciplined follow-up.
  • Turn customer proof, dealer pain points, product capabilities and industry insight into content, outbound, paid programs and sales follow-up that create dealer conversations.
  • Operate across Salesforce, Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Salesloft, Calendly, LinkedIn and related systems so engagement is routed, measured and converted-not simply reported.
  • Own website strategy with our web partner, including landing pages, SEO, conversion optimization, analytics, testing and ongoing performance improvement. This is strategy and vendor management-not graphic design or development.
  • Drive work through Inmar's shared marketing teams and external vendors with clear briefs, deadlines, quality standards and direct accountability for getting the work done.

What we're looking for:
  • Meaningful B2B marketing experience in the U.S. automotive retail ecosystem, marketing technology, software, data, advertising, websites or related solutions to franchise dealerships and dealer groups.
  • Firsthand knowledge of the automotive vendor ecosystem and major industry events such as NADA and Digital Dealer; able to explain how you have used them to create pipeline and business results.
  • Demonstrated ownership of demand-generation programs tied to qualified meetings, demos, opportunities, pipeline or revenue.
  • Experience executing integrated campaigns across marketing automation, content, digital, paid media, events and sales follow-up.
  • Strong Salesforce and marketing-automation fluency, with practical understanding of attribution, campaign architecture, scoring/routing and funnel reporting.
  • Enough website, SEO and conversion fluency to direct a web vendor and connect the digital experience to demand-generation outcomes.
  • Ability to lead through shared resources, challenge assumptions, hold colleagues and vendors accountable, and move work forward through ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication and ability to travel to the United States for major industry events as required.

What will make you stand out:
  • Experience at an automotive technology, marketing, data, CRM/CDP, website, retention or digital-retailing company serving franchise dealerships.
  • Experience in the competitive ecosystem-such as Impel, Fullpath, Dealer Inspire/Cars or a similar dealer-focused B2B organization.
  • A track record of turning industry events and content into measurable dealer meetings, demos and pipeline-not just awareness.
  • Comfort managing agencies, web partners and creative or paid-media resources through clear briefs, KPIs and acceptance criteria.

How success is measured:

Demand- Qualified booked and completed demo volume against agreed targets.

Quality- Dealer/account mix, senior decision-maker participation and multi-rooftop potential.

Conversion- Improvement from engagement to MQL to booked demo to completed demo.

Execution- Campaigns, content, events, website work and follow-up delivered on time and to standard.

Economics- Clear source attribution, budget discipline and understanding of what is producing qualified demand.

One important distinction:

This is B2B automotive retail marketing
  • This is not dealership-level consumer marketing. We are specifically looking for someone who has marketed a B2B solution into franchise dealerships and dealer groups and can enter the role with real industry context.

Operating Environment

  • This role is for a self-directed marketer who can work through ambiguity and execute within an established enterprise marketing organization. Strategy matters, but the expectation is ownership through execution and measurable dealer demand.

Location & travel: Location is flexible. Candidates must have relevant experience in the U.S. automotive retail market and be able to travel freely throughout the United States as required for industry events, customer meetings and other business needs.
