Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The Senior Manager, Assortment Insights leads the development and execution of category modular assortments and design layouts, aligning strategies with overall category goals. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate modular execution and continuous improvement. Additionally, the role oversees validation processes, drives business plans, and mentors associates to achieve performance standards while maintaining compliance with company policies and promoting a culture of integrity and operational excellence.
What you'll do: - Develop and direct category modular assortments and design layouts aligned with overall category strategy and store clusters.
- Oversee modular cluster variations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to merchandising rules and layout templates.
- Analyze internal and external data to identify product trends, market gaps, and strategic opportunities across multiple categories.
- Design and develop tools to optimize Assortment Activation processes to drive more efficient and accurate outcomes.
- Drive business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring performance to ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities to associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
