  • Partner with client executives, business leaders, product teams, and technology organizations to identify strategic opportunities where AI can create measurable business value.
  • Lead discovery workshops to define business problems, desired outcomes, operational constraints, adoption risks, and implementation priorities.
  • Translate ambiguous business challenges into future-state operating models, AI strategies, value creation roadmaps, prioritized use cases, and executable implementation plans.
  • Advise clients on the appropriate application of Generative AI, Agentic AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, workflow automation, and modern data platforms.
  • Design AI-enabled operating models that incorporate governance, human-in-the-loop processes, security, change management, adoption planning, and value realization metrics.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants, AI specialists, software engineers, data scientists, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Partner with engineering teams to assess solution feasibility, define implementation sequencing, and accelerate delivery from prototype through production deployment.
  • Manage engagement scope, staffing, financial performance, quality, delivery risk, and executive communications across multiple concurrent engagements.
  • Develop executive-ready recommendations that improve revenue growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, productivity, and enterprise value.
  • Lead business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal development, executive presentations, solution design, and client workshops.
  • Develop and enhance repeatable offerings, methodologies, playbooks, and intellectual property that strengthen West Monroe's Applied AI Value Creation capabilities.
  • Serve as a thought leader on AI-enabled business transformation by contributing to market-facing content, internal innovation initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across the firm.
  • Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop consultants and managers while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
  • Capture reusable methodologies, frameworks, accelerators, and best practices that improve delivery quality and accelerate future client engagements.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of consulting, digital transformation, operations transformation, product strategy, technology delivery, or AI-enabled business transformation experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex consulting engagements from strategy through implementation with executive-level client accountability.
  • Experience developing business cases, value creation roadmaps, operating models, KPI frameworks, and enterprise transformation strategies.
  • Experience identifying and quantifying value creation opportunities impacting revenue growth, EBITDA improvement, operating efficiency, cost optimization, or working capital.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, workflow orchestration, and enterprise AI adoption.
  • Experience identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to understand and challenge enterprise architectures spanning applications, APIs, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, security, workflow technologies, and integrations.
