The ideal candidate brings experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments where workplace strategy, design excellence, and capital delivery must be tightly integrated to support business scale and employee experience.

  • Drive campus planning and master planning initiatives, including future capacity planning and multi-site expansion strategies.
  • Partner with executive leadership, HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate organizational needs into workplace strategies and space requirements.
  • Establish scalable workplace planning principles, portfolio standards, and governance frameworks across the region.
  • Lead strategic initiatives including restacks, consolidations, hybrid workplace models, and workplace transformation programs.
Workplace Design Leadership
  • Own workplace programming, concept development, and design direction across all Americas projects.
  • Develop and maintain workplace design standards, guidelines, and principles across office, lab, and technical environments.
  • Ensure consistency of employee experience, brand alignment, functionality, sustainability, and operational efficiency across all workplace environments.
  • Partner with architects, interior designers, engineers, and furniture vendors to guide design development and execution.
  • Lead design reviews and provide decision-making leadership throughout project lifecycles.
  • Drive innovation in workplace design, including future-of-work concepts and new workplace typologies.
Capital Delivery Oversight & Governance
  • Own capital planning, prioritization, and governance across all workplace-related projects in the Americas.
  • Oversee delivery of office buildouts, expansions, renovations, lab environments, and new site launches.
  • Manage external project management firms, architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful execution of all capital programs.
  • Establish project governance frameworks including scope control, budget management, schedule oversight, and risk management.
  • Lead portfolio-level reporting on capital projects, including executive updates, dashboards, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure alignment between Workplace Strategy, Workplace Operations, and Capital Delivery execution.
  • Support FF&E planning, procurement coordination, occupancy planning, and move management in partnership with delivery teams.
  • Ensure successful project closeout and transition into Workplace Operations.
Analytics, Reporting & Decision Support
  • Develop workplace analytics frameworks to support data-driven decision-making across portfolio planning and capital investment.
  • Leverage occupancy, utilization, and space data to optimize workplace efficiency and inform strategic decisions.
  • Build executive-level reporting tools, dashboards, and insights to support capital allocation and portfolio strategy.
  • Translate data into clear recommendations for leadership decision-making.

  • Partner closely with Workplace Operations, IT, Security, HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and business teams.
  • Ensure alignment between workplace strategy, capital delivery, and operational readiness.
  • Drive consistency in how workplace projects are initiated, designed, and delivered across the Americas region.
