Exciting Opportunity at MSK! We are hiring a
Senior Manager to join the newly developed Ambulatory Capacity Management (ACM) team. We collaborate with multiple departments to influence, define, and execute key strategic & tactical priorities in the areas of access, templates, EPIC, and ambulatory operations.
The Senior Manager will develop and lead a team of operational resources, skilled in outpatient operations and awareness of the EPIC Cadence application. They will work closely with departments to support access, technical enhancements, and templates following organizational and departmental guiding principles.

The letter of intent will be used to assess candidate interest, relevant background, and alignment with the role, and to help prioritize candidates for interview selection.Role Overview:- Partner with key stakeholders across MSK to create positive working relationships, including the ACM team, Operations Managers, Clinical Departments, Patient Access Services (PAS), EPIC, Analytics and others
- Work with clinical and operational leadership to partner in assessing access and establishing recommendations to ensure effective access
- Lead and influence the design, build, iteration of new and existing data streams and dashboards
- Ongoing review of data & metrics to link access efforts with templates and ensure appropriate alignment with institutional and departmental priorities
- Overseeing the development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of operational systems & processes
Key Qualifications:- 4+ years of experience in staff management in an academic, access, or outpatient/ambulatory operations setting
- Strong technical understanding of customer relations, along with excellent leadership, organization, time management, and communication skills
- Experience with data collection and analysis, and proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Strong analytic and decision-making abilities
Core Skills:- Skilled in management, including strategy development, prioritization, action planning, execution, and development of monitoring tools
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities within the context of a complex and large organization
- Excellent ability to work with senior organizational leadership and with staff across complex multi-entity organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required along with experience in working with multi-disciplinary groups

Pay Range: $137,500.00 - $227,000.00
