Position Summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Products & Copilot Solutions to lead a team responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and delivering AI powered business solutions that improve employee productivity and business outcomes. This role will lead a portfolio of AI, Generative AI, Copilot, and automation initiatives, serving as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, and executive leadership.

The ideal candidate combines strong, portfolio management, and AI program experience with a practical understanding of emerging AI technologies. This individual will drive strategy, governance, adoption, value realization, and execution while leading a high performing team focused on delivering measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Talent Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, AI Consultants, Program Managers, and Solution Leads.
  • Build a high performing organization through hiring, mentoring, succession planning, performance management, and employee development.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and customer focus.
  • Establish team goals, priorities, and operating rhythms aligned to organizational objectives.

AI Product & Portfolio Leadership
  • Own and manage a portfolio of AI, Copilot, Generative AI, Digital Workplace, and Automation initiatives.
  • Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, funding priorities, and success measures.
  • Lead intake, governance, and prioritization processes for AI related investments and requests.

Stakeholder & Executive Management
  • Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders and technology partners across the enterprise.
  • Facilitate alignment between business priorities and technology delivery teams.
  • Lead steering committees, stakeholder reviews, and executive governance forums.

AI Strategy & Transformation
  • Identify and drive opportunities to leverage AI, Copilot, agents, automation, and digital technologies to improve employee experiences and operational effectiveness.
  • Stay current on emerging AI trends, market developments, and technology capabilities.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop AI roadmaps aligned to enterprise priorities.
  • Help shape the organization's long term AI adoption and transformation strategy.

Program Delivery & Value Realization
  • Oversee the successful delivery of multiple concurrent AI and Copilot programs.
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and operations teams to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, program management, digital transformation, technology consulting, or business technology leadership.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience managing and developing high performing teams.
  • Experience leading enterprise AI, Generative AI, Copilot, automation, digital workplace, or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing portfolios, roadmaps, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into technology enabled solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Experience leading AI adoption, change management, and value realization programs.
  • Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership and driving organizational alignment.
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, distribution, or highly regulated industry experience.
